• Electricity price information

The data is provided for informational purposes only and is sourced from third-party providers.

3. No Warranty

Weather forecasts and electricity price data are subject to uncertainty and market changes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

4. No Advice

The App does not provide financial, energy trading, safety, or professional advice. Any decisions made based on the App’s data are your sole responsibility.

5. Availability

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the App or parts of its functionality at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design elements of the App are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
